Under the patronage of the two General Secretariat of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), the department of the rituals and Hussayni processions in Iraq and the Islamic World of the two holy shrines, has held its annual conference on the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) under the title: Wa Hussaynah!
The conference was held on the evening of Saturday 26th of Muharram 1440 AH corresponding to October 6, 2018 in the Hall of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him), with the presence of directors of security and service departments in the province of Karbala and the officials of representations and Hussayni units in the Iraqi provinces.
The conference is held annually to exchange views and organize the processions and the Hussayni bodies heading to Karbala as well as the mechanism of cooperation between the multidisciplinary service and health departments during the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him). The conference began with the recitation of holy verses of the holy Quran, recited by reader Ahmad Al-Ta'i.
Followed by the words of the General Secretaries of the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) delivered by Sheikh Salah Al-Karbalai, followed by the speech of the Department of Rituals and Hussayni Processions in Iraq and the Islamic world delivered by the head of the department Haj Riyadh Ni'ma al-Salman.
Followed by the presentation of the special directives on the Hussayni poems, which is read by some of the Hussayni Radood, and other recommendation of the Ziyarat of Arba'een of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), delivered by the assistant of the Department of rituals and Hussayni processions; Mr. Mazen al-Wazni. The conference was concluded with the discussions some points of view of the officials of the processions in the Iraqi provinces on some of the special items of the Ziyarat of Arba'een of Imam Aba Abdillah al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), with a group of officials of some of the service, health and security departments in the holy city of Karbala.
