The division of the transfer service of visitors is a model of dedicated work.

The efforts are being organised to provide the best services to visitors coming to perform the Ziyarat of the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them). The servants are racing to gain the honor of this service, each according to the tasks assigned to him in all divisions and departments of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, including the transfer division of the visitors of the Department of Service Affairs, which ensures the transfer of the visitors from the outer inspection points to the closest point of the two holy shrines, by a fleet of electric-powered vehicles.

Mr. Yasin Hashim Jassim, Director of the transfer service of the visitors, stated to Al-Kafeel Network: "The work of the transfer unit of the disabled and elderly is continuous to help them. The works are divided into shifts to ensure the availability of as many vehicles with their drivers as possible, which becomes difficult during the Ziyarat of millions. We have three types of vehicles: vehicles with a capacity of 5, 7 and 13 passengers, which work around the clock."

He added: "For the emergency and humanitarian cases, we have vehicles dedicated to them, in addition to the daily work cars, which provide emergency services to the visitors, once we receive a call from the administration or the department, as we have vehicles in the charge sites that can meet such tasks, as well as tasks inquired by other departments. We have allocated a close site to the movement of these vehicles as electric charge site, where the vehicles stop to be charged, as each of them has its special charger point for certain times."
