The start of the Spring Scout Camp for the University students

After the success of the first version of the scout camp for university students, the Division of University Relations in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine launched, within the national project of the al-Kafeel youth, a new camp under the name of (The Spring Scout Camp of the Fatwa's Victory), following the victories achieved by the Sons of Iraq over the terrorist ISIL gangs, liberating the usurped Iraqi lands. The camp is organized with the participation of more than (60) university students in the Kassara site of al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, near the Akhidar fortress in the desert of Karbala.

Azhar Al-Rikabi, head of the university relations department, spoke to us about this camp saying: "The camp is an educational and guidance cultural activity aimed at investing the spring break for students and working to harness their free time in the right direction."

He added: "The camp lasts for four days and includes a number of activities, including:

- Jurisprudence, doctrinal, educational and guidance lectures with modern ideas suiting the age of students and their education level and that have direct contact with their scientific, practical and private life.

- Religious, scientific, cultural, historical, geographical and linguistic competitions, so students compete and learn through competition and increase and develop their knowledge.

- Lessons and lectures in human development to contribute to the development of their skills and abilities and strengthen their personality.

- Discussions on the general situation of the country.

- Recreational breaks.

- Tours.

- Sports competitions."
