Has the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine found an alternative solution to the lack of Euphrates' water?

Al-Saqi Project for alternative project came to face the water crisis, which began in the world in general and in Iraq in particular through the lack of water levels of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, so it became necessary to resort to the use of alternative water represented by the well water. Based on this, the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine adopted this project in coordination with the departments of the province and the department of agriculture and wells.

This project is considered one of the important projects for the province of Karbala in particular and Iraq in general, and will provide water for a green agricultural area and food basket for the people of the city of Karbala and the rest of the southern provinces of Iraq, and will be in addition to the provision of alternative water the third line in the case of dry rivers because it will be a strategic reservoir and one of the infrastructure used by God for human so they optimize investing it.

The project was not limited to the drilling of wells, but there were also other projects such as the construction of a giant plant for the purification of water, and a power station to operate the project in addition to the cultivation of some rare varieties of field crops and palm.
