The Care Division of the holy shrine harnessed its effort during the cladding of the sanctuary with the new marble.

Strenuous efforts were made by the cadres of the Holy Shrine Division at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine during the cladding works of the holy sanctuary with the new marble, through their participation in preparing the old floor for the engineering cadres, in addition to other works.

The head of the care division; Haj Hadi al-Hanoon, stated to al-Kafeel Network: "The staff of our division have removed the carpets that were covering the sanctuary, which was divided to five sections, and our tasks were to lift and roll the carpet in each section of the work, where it is transferred to the carpet washing site of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine."

He added: "After the completion of the cladding process of the holy sanctuary, our staff came back to work through refurnishing the sanctuary with carpet, but this was step was preceded by washing and disinfection of the new floor and then perfuming it, and then we did the process of carpeting, which was the last phase of the cladding project".

It should be noted that the al-Abbas's (p) holy sanctuary was recently cladded with a new form of alabaster, after being cladded by the old marble for more than half a century.
