The Director General of Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital affiliated with the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Dr. Jassem Al-Ibrahimi announced that the hospital has conducted more than 38 thousand surgical and endoscopic operations in various medical specialties from its opening until May 2019, all of which were conducted in the hospital operating halls and by its local and international staff. And the hospital has attracted foreign medical teams with high medical expertise and skills in various specialized fields."
He concluded: "The al-Kafeel hospital, despite its financial self-reliance, has received and treated, under the guidance of the Secretariat General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, many patients at reduced prices, and even some cases were treated free of charge in addition to the free treatment given to the wounded members of the security forces and the popular mobilization of all factions."
