This came during his attendance at the conclusion of the last training workshop of the specialized course in teaching methods, which was established by the Division of the al-Kafeel women's religious schools in cooperation with the Department of Education and Higher Education in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, which was attended by more than 100 learners from different disciplines and students of the final stages. This course comes within the preparation of the Division for the next academic year and in an effort to raise the educational level, and to ensure the delivery of information to be entrenched in the minds of learners in the easiest and simplest ways.
In this regard, the Director of the Division of Continuing Education, Mr. Karrar Al-Mamouri, one of the lecturers and supervisors of this course, said: "The course lasted four days and included many topics, namely:
- Strategies for active learning.
2- Effective teaching skills.
- Cognitive distortions.
- Educational objectives and daily plan."
Al-Maamouri added: “The courses included training workshops, each of which lasted 7 hours. And at the end of the training workshop in the last day, the trainees were tested and the results were good and promising. It is to note that the most prominent feature of this course was that included a training program measuring the impact of training, which includes fields visits from the Division of Continuing Education to the al-Kafeel Women's Religious Schools in the provinces of central and southern Iraq, for which staff this course was provided."
In conclusion, the trainees in the course were honored with certificates of participation by the head of the Department of Education and Higher Education in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine Dr. Mohammed Hassan Jaber, and the educational assistant to the head of the department, Dr. Jassim al-Ibrahimi.
