The staff of the Department of the area between the two holy shrines launches a large-scale clean-up campaign following the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een.

The cadres of the Department of the area between the two Holy Shrines, as usual at the end of the Ziyarat Arba'een, started a campaign to clean the courtyard between the Two Holy Shrines and the streets leading to it, as well as the entrances of the Old City, with the participation of all members of the Department.
The Head of the Department of the area between the two Holy Shrines, Mr. Nafi Al-Moussawi, explained to the al-Kafeel Network: "As is customary every year, upon the completion of the Ziyarat Arba'een, our cadres started a major cleaning campaign that includes the square between the two holy shrines and the streets leading to it, as well as the entrances of the old city".
He added: "All the employees of our department participated in this campaign using more than 18 garbage presses, in addition to a number of other cleaning equipment. During this campaign, the staff was able to clean more than 2500 tons of waste. ".
He pointed out that: "Work is going on around the clock and will not end until we remove all the waste from the streets surrounding the square between the two holy shrines and leading to the entrance to the old city."
It is noteworthy that the department of the area between the two holy shrines of the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), has made great efforts during the period of the Ziyarat Arba'een to serve the visitors of the Master of the martyrs and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), who flocked by millions to the city of Karbala from all over the world.
