Blessed efforts provided by the cadres of the Kishwaniat Division at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

A great work is being done by the cadres of the Kishwaniyat [shoes depositories] Division of the Service Affairs Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, through the various services provided day and night to visitors of the shrine of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

This division is one of the divisions that are in direct contact with the visitors, so all its employees have several qualities, including patience and cheerfulness. The division has 142 employees who participate in several religious and cultural courses to enhance their ability to deal with visitors, as well as language courses so that they can deal with foreign visitors.

A number of Kishwaniyat for each of the doors of the Holy Shrine, and there are doors dedicated to women only. Each of these Kishwaniyat is given a letter, as they are a total of 43 Kishwaniyat on all the doors of the holy shrine.

There are volunteers who come to serve the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) from different regions of Iraq and from various segments of society, especially on the days of the great special Ziyarat as well as the Friday's eve every week.

Its work is continuous throughout 24 hours a day, and its staffs are not only working on the Kishwaniyat but they also help elderly visitors and disabled people to enter the Holy Shrine through providing them with special wheelchairs so they can perform the rituals of their Ziyarat."

It should be noted that the service affairs department and its various divisions and units is doing great and blessed work to serve the visitors of the Moon of Bani Hashem (peace be upon him) according to seasonal plans.
