The Preparatory Committee for the Second Cultural Festival of the sacred defense's Fatwa launches the documentary on the popular mobilization contest and invites the artists to participate.

The Preparatory Committee of the second cultural festival of the sacred defense's fatwa has invited the artists and the interested of the artistic affair to participate in the documentary film competition, highlighting the heroism of the security and popular mobilization forces. The competition is held within the activities of the festival that is organized by the Department of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to celebrate the anniversary of the launch of the sacred defense fatwa under the slogan "The fatwa, the aroma of the victory and the musk of martyrdom."

The committee has established the following controls and conditions:

1- The film's idea should be similar to the festival slogan.

2- The film should highlight the Iraqi army and the popular mobilization championships in general (without specifying any party) in defending the homeland, the human and civilization values and the holy sites.

3- The film should not be displayed previously in any channel or any electronic websites or participated in another context.

4- The participation should be given on a CD to the Department of Religious Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, along with the director's biography, or to be sent to the following email address: info@holyfatwa.com

5- The delivery deadline is the 5th of May, 2017

6- The film should not be less than 1 minute and not more than 20 minutes.

7- The format of the film should be AVI or HD.
