The speech of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine at the opening ceremony of the residential compound of al-Abbas (peace be upon him) for the shrine's employees.

The Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; his eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi has delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the residential compound of al-Abbas (peace be upon him) held on Tuesday afternoon the 8th of Dhu al-Qi'dah 1438 AH corresponding to the 1st of August 2017 in the Sheikh al-Kulayni service complex of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

Stating:

"The dear brothers who serve in the holy shrines, have chosen to serve in the math of the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him) and his brother the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), and have chosen for themselves a worldly happiness when they provided this service in the holy shrine, especially the visitor. It was imperative then for the administration of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to seek serving them by establishing such project, which sees light, all praise to God, after three years of suffering and fatigue for the purpose of its success, to provide residential homes for the shrine's employees and their families."

He added: "This project contains eight hundred housing units that are fully equipped. And it is now opened for the employees. And after this ceremony -God willing- we are going to the compound site. And in front of the audience, I would like to share another dream; there are other people who have served Iraqi and have sacrificed their lives for the dignity and protection of this homeland, which was achieved, all praise to God. Those loved ones who have shed their pure blood have given a great service that no one can ignore. So, my words are directed to the decision makers to not make those families ask you the basic of their rights, but seek to provide them what they need, as he who owns a house has a homeland, and he who does not own one feels alienated. Therefore, we should always remember that the martyrs of the last years especially after the sedition of ISIL, when they felt the danger to the country and the people, and once they heard the words of the supreme authority, they rushed with pride knowing their duty towards the religion and homeland."

Indicating: "We have mentioned on more than one occasion that in our country there is the problem and the solution. As for the solution; our country has important resources and bright minds that can solve lot of problems.

And the problem is that Iraq is a historic country but does not document it. Today, Documenting is an integral part of the civilization of any people. And as the Iraqi people are generous with their sons' blood, with rivers of blood that liberated the third of Iraq after the occupation and desecration of the ISIL gangs. The martyrs' families and the wounded are waiting for more efforts in their regards -And I believe that the decisions' makers feel their sufferings-."
