شروط النشر
قواعد النشر في المجلة
تستقبل مجلة تراث كربلاء البحوث والدراسات الرصينة وفق القواعد الآتية:
1- يشترط في البحوث أو الدراسات أن تكون وفق منهجية البحث العلمي وخطواته المتعارف عليها عالمياً .
2- يقدم البحث مطبوعاً على ورق A4 ، وبنسخ ثلاث مع قرص مدمج( CD) بحدود ( 5000 - 10000) كلمة بخط simplified Arabic)) على أن ترقم الصفحات ترقيماً متسلسلاً .
3-تقديم ملخّص للبحث باللغة العربية ، وآخر باللغة الإنكليزية، كلّ في حدود صفحة مستقلة على أن يحتوي ذلك عنوان البحث ، ويكون الملخص بحدود (350) كلمة.
4- أن تحتوي الصفحة الأولى من البحث على عنوان واسم الباحث/الباحثين، وجهة العمل، والعنوان الوظيفي الوظيفي ، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الالكتروني مع مراعاة عدم ذكر اسم الباحث أو الباحثين في صلب البحث أو أي إشارة إلى ذلك .
5- يشار إلى المراجع و المصادر جميعها بأرقام الهوامش التي تنشر في أواخر البحث , وتراعى الأصول العلمية المتعارفة في التوثيق والإشارة بأن تتضمن : اسم الكتاب , اسم المؤلف , اسم الناشر , مكان النشر , رقم الطبعة , سنة النشر, رقم الصفحة , هذا عند ذكر المرجع أو المصدر أول مرة , ويذكر اسم الكتاب , ورقم الصفحة عند تكرّر استعماله .
6- يزوَّد البحث بقائمة المصادر والمراجع منفصلة عن الهوامش , وفي حالة وجود مصادر ومراجع أجنبية تُضاف قائمة المصادر والمراجع بها منفصلة عن قائمة المراجع والمصادر العربية , ويراعي في إعدادهما الترتيب الألفبائي لأسماء الكتب أو البحوث في المجلات.
7- تطبع الجداول والصور واللوحات على أوراق مستقلّة , ويشار في أسفل الشكل إلى مصدرها , أو مصادرها , مع تحديد أماكن ظهورها في المتن .
8- إرفاق نسخة من السيرة العلمية إذا كان الباحث ينشر في المجلة للمرة الأولى ، وأن يشير فيما إذا كان البحث قد قُدّم إلى مؤتمر أو ندوة , وأنه لم ينشر ضمن أعمالهما , كما يشار إلى اسم أية جهة علمية , أو غير علمية قامت بتمويل البحث , أو المساعدة في إعداده.
9-أن لا يكون البحث منشورًا وليس مقدّمًا إلى أيَّة وسيلة نشر أخرى.
10- تعبر جميع الأفكار المنشورة في المجلة عن آراء كاتبيها , ولا تعبر بالضرورة عن وجهة نظر جهة الإصدار , ويخضع ترتيب الأبحاث المنشورة لموجبات فنية.
11- تخضع البحوث لتقويم سري لبيان صلاحيتها للنشر, ولا تعاد البحوث إلى أصحابها سواء قبلت للنشر أم لم تقبل, وعلى وفق الآلية الآتية:
أ ـ يبلغ الباحث بتسليم المادة المرسلة للنشر خلال مدة أقصاها أسبوعان من تاريخ التسلّم .
ب ـ يخطر أصحاب البحوث المقبولة للنشر بموافقة هيأة التحرير على نشرها وموعد نشرها المتوقّع .
جـ ـ البحوث التي يرى المقومون وجوب إجراء تعديلات أو إضافات عليها قبل نشرها تعاد إلى أصحابها , مع الملاحظات المحددة , كي يعملوا على إعدادها نهائياً للنشر .
د ـ البحوث المرفوضة يبلغ أصحابها من دون ضرورة إبداء أسباب الرفض .
هـ-يشترط في قبول النشر موافقة خبراء الفحص.
و ـ يمنح كلّ باحث نسخة واحدة من العدد الذي نشر فيه بحثه, ومكافأة مالية قدرها (150) ألف دينار عراقي .
12- يراعى في أسبقية النشر : ـ
أ ـ البحوث المشاركة في المؤتمرات التي تقيمها جهة الإصدار .
ب ـ تاريخ تسليم رئيس التحرير للبحث .
ج ـ تاريخ تقديم البحوث كلما يتم تعديلها.
د ـ تنويع مجالات البحوث كلما أمكن ذلك .
13- ترسل البحوث على البريد الألكتروني للمجلة turath.karbala@gmail.com، أو على الموقع التالي للمجلّة: http://karbalaheritage.alkafeel.net أو تُسَلَّم مباشرةً إلى مقر المجلة على العنوان التالي: (العراق/كربلاء المقدسة/حي الإصلاح/ شارع الاسكان / خلف متنزه الحسين الكبير/ مجمَّع الكفيل الثقافي/ مركز تراث كربلاء).
Publication Conditions
Karbalāʾ Heritage Quarterly Journal receives all the original scientific researches according the following rules below :
1. Researches or articles should be strictly published according to the foolwing worldly-agreed- steps and standards.
2. The presented research or article must be printed on A4 paper, in three copies and a CD with approximately 5,000-10,000
of the researcher/researchers, their occupation, address, telephone number and email words on condition that the script be in simplified Arabic, Roman font and in pagination.
3. The abstracts of the research or article should be in both Arabic and English, each in a separate page and does not exceed 350 words and include the research title.
4. The front page should have the title, the name. In addition, it must be taken in the account that not to mention the researcher/ researchers' name in the context and not to mention any reference alike.
5.All the footnotes must be at the end of the research or the article according the well-known academic instructions: the title of the book, the author's name, the edition and its number if be, the year of the edition and then page number. This is used when the resource is mentioned for the first time, but when the it is repeated, the book and the page number would be written down only.
6.In addition to the abovementioned reference notes, the research or article should be provided with an extra list of bibliography including a list of the foreign references if be, and in accordance with the alphabetic serial of the names of the books and the journals.
7. All charts, pictures, portraits and the appendices should be at the end of the research or the article and before the foot notices in reference to the resource they have been taken from at the main body.
8.The researcher must attach the curriculum vitae with the research or the article in case he would publish for the first time in this journal and he/ she should mention that the research was delivered at a conference or a symposium and not published by that conference or symposium. Furthermore, there must be a mention to any scientific or non-scientific foundation that financed or assisted in preparation the research or the article.
9. The research or article must not be published in other journal or in consideration of publishing.
10. All the expressions contained in the research should represent the ideas of their authors and not necessary those of the journal staff; and the published researches must subject to technical priorities.
11. All researches are exposed to confidential revision to state their reliability for publication. No research retrieved to researchers, whether they are approved or not; it takes the procedures below:
a: A researcher should be notified to deliver the material of the research for publication in a two-week period maximally from the time of submission.
b: The researchers who submitted their papers will be informed of the editorial board approval in the publishing and the date in which their researches or articles will be published.
c: The researches or articles that subjected to estimation and there will be a need to make amendments or additions to them before the publishing, they should be turned back to the authors to do these required procedures.
d: The researchers whose research papers are not approved must be notified of the rejection and it is unnecessary to state the reasons of the disapproval.
e: Researches to be published are only those given consent by experts who are majored in the subject.
f. A researcher whose research is accepted granted a copy of his published research and a financial reward of (150,000) ID.
12.It must be into consideration some points for the priorities of publication
, as follows:
a: Research participated in conferences and adopted
by the issuing foundation.
b: The date of research delivery to the edition chief.
c: The date of the research that has been renovated.
d: Ramifying the scope of the research whenever possible.
