Pictures of the Great Iwan and the Qibla Gate of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

Yesterday (18 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH) corresponding to (August 8, 2020), the al-Abbas’s (peace be upon him) holy shrine inaugurated a project to expand the Qibla gate of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) from the inside, after it was covered with Islamic inscriptions and ornaments, in addition to a project to strengthen and re-gild the walls of the Grand Iwan of Gold, or what is known as (Taremah), and this opening was in honor of the great Eid of Godl Eid al-Ghadeer.
The Islamic inscriptions and decorations were chosen very carefully, to aspire to the honorable visitor the grandeur and spirituality of the shrine, and this is due to the artistic harmony between the Islamic inscriptions and the intertwining ornaments, in a format commensurate with the general architectural texture of the al-Abbas's holy shrine, which made the Qibla Gate of the Holy Shrine a unique international architectural masterpiece, due to the consideration of its design touches.
As for the large Iwan of Gold, it was inaugurated after great efforts and artistic and engineering works, which took place in several stages, including the gilding of the parts located on the shoulders of this left and right door in the first stage, which increased the elegance and beauty of the gate, while preserving its heritage image with modern implementation of high efficiency.
