The Department of Maintenance and Engineering Construction at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced that its technical and engineering staff have concluded this afternoon Wednesday (29 Dhu al-Hijjah 1441 AH) corresponding to (19 August 2020), the work of the last third part of the Fifth Hayat Building project for treating people with Coronavirus in Baghdad, being located within the vicinity of Ibn Al-Qaf Hospital of the Rusafa Health Department, to increase the project completion rate to more than 99%, and the remainder of the project as a whole, which has an area of (5000) square meters and includes (118) single rooms, in addition to more than twenty medical, administrative and service rooms, are the works of fixing the signposts and planting green spaces, in addition to cleaning and preparing the project for its opening.
This is according to what was confirmed to the al-Kafeel Network, the engineer of the project, Karrar Brihi, who added: “The third part of the project was built on an area of (1100) square meters and includes (19) rooms, most of which are devoted to managing the building and its service, medical and treatment matters, and it was implemented according to the specifications assigned to it. "
“The current works are limited to preparing the ground for the remainder of the project area as green spaces, which the staffs of the al-Kafeel nurseries have started to implement, and there are ongoing works to clean the building from construction waste, and it will be concluded with the fixing of the building’s semantic signs to be ready for its inauguration and entry into service,” Brihi explained.
