The Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced that the project of the al-Abbas's holy shrine departments’ complex has reached its final stages. This project is one of the important steps that the Holy Shrine was keen to accomplish, in order to provide additional spaces to serve visitors within the holy shrine.
Eng. Dia Majid Al-Sa'egh, Head of the Engineering Projects Department at the Holy Shrine, said: “The Engineering Projects Department seeks to complete the Administrative Complex project for the Holy Shrine departments, which will provide additional spaces for the visitor inside the holy shrine."
Al-Sa'egh added: “After most of the project’s phases have been completed, the final finishing works are now underway, adopting modern designs that suit the nature of the service it will provide, as it is intended for the departments' management as well as other aspects. The completion rate reached more than 95% and thus it is hoped that the project will open in the coming period, to be within the administrative holy shrine plan."
It is noteworthy that the project is being built on a land area of (1500) square meters, with ten floors, which will be allocated to the various departments of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine. It is considered an important addition in the framework of achieving centralization in the work between the departments.
