These works are executed by cadres with experience in this field, with artistic touches that combined the originality and nobility of the past and the modernity of implementation.”

He added: "The mirror pieces are of high quality specifications, their thickness is up to 2 mm, and they are characterized by their color stability and resistance to the harshest conditions. They were cut using special techniques, and the selection of its colors and shapes took into account the characteristic of harmony and symmetry with the architectural texture of the Holy Courtyard and the features of the Holy Shrine as a whole."

He concluded: "The glazing works need time because they are implemented with accuracy and craftsmanship, according to different designs, measurements, sizes and shapes, as well as the large number of inscriptions and their technical complexities, especially that works to stick them on the ceilings is done manually using special resinous materials, which need to be handled professionally."

It is noteworthy that the basements of Imam al-Hussayn and Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon them) are among the places that contributed to relieving the severe overcrowding, which was witnessed in the holy courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), especially during the major Ziyarat seasons, as they contributed to relieving the suffocation of visiting women and reducing their momentum and their crowding in the courtyard, thanks to the location of the two basements that are located under the holy courtyard next to the holy grid from the inside, and they were designated for visiting women only.
