Projects Department: the completion rates at al-Zaki Hospital have reached more than (40%)

According to the Engineering Projects Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, the completion rates at al-Zaki Hospital in Babylon governorate reached more than (40%).

The Resident Engineer of the project, Ali Hamid al-Khafaji, said that " the Engineering Projects Department continues its work at the Al-Zaki Specialized Hospital project in Babylon governorate, according to international standards that simulate the development taking place in the world," indicating that "the staff has started building concrete structures, as well as medical gases, air conditioning, cooling and other systems.

He added that"the percentage of completion in the project has reached advanced stages and reached more than (40%), and includes two buildings, the main one consisting of three floors and a basement, and the annex building containing eight floors".

He added that "the total area of the project is more than (6 acres), and the hospital building includes(230) beds, (8) operating theatres, two cardiac catheterization halls, in addition to two emergency units, a hall and a central laboratory for fertilization operations, as well as various diagnostic radiology systems, and various integrated clinics for men and women, and the annex building will be housing for nurses and other services".

According to Al-Khafaji, the project includes "electricity, internet, fire extinguishing systems, cameras, waste recycling system, elevators, pure water treatment (RO), in addition to ventilation, cooling and heavy water plants, all designed according to international standards".
