The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has completed the project "Al-Kulayni complex of services" and announces its readiness to receive the visitors of the Arba'een..

In conjunction with the Zyarat of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), the technical and engineering staff have completed all works related to the service complex "Al-Kulayni" dedicated to the service of the visitors coming for the Zyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), located on the road (Baghdad - Karbala) and almost six kilometres away from the city centre, on a ground space of 21.104 m2, consisting of 20 one-storey buildings with a height of 5m and equipped with the comforts, such as food and drinks, accommodation and medical services.

It is one of the service complexes that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine undertook to build at the entrances of the holy city of Karbala, like the two service complexes on the road (Najaf - Karbala) that are the outer complex of the holy shrine and the service complex of Oom Al-Baneen (peace be upon her) in addition to the central kitchen, another on of the road (Babylon - Karbala) that is the service complex Al-'Alqami, and this complex comes to complement these service projects, and which facilities are currently ready to receive the visitors of the Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).

The Department of Engineering Projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine -the overseeing body for its implementation- made extra efforts by accelerating the works in order to open this complex as soon as possible. And, after the confirmation of the works with the approved designs and the matching of the materials used in the construction with the tests and quality control, the two Iraqi executing companies, "Ruboo' Alhelo" and "Wadi Al-Ghery" for General Contracting delivered completely the complex to be operational.

It is worth mentioning that the complex consists of buildings for resting, sanitary facilities, administrative rooms, medical facility, physiotherapy centre, kitchen and a guest place, supplied by pumps for water and an advanced system of sanitation, as well as green squares and roads that will be reforested by special types of trees.

It is noteworthy that the objective of the establishment of this complex after the success of the services' hospitality complex built by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine of the road (Najaf - Karbala), is to provide services to the visitors of Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), especially those coming on foot during all days of Zyarat throughout the year, and for the expansion of its services provided to the visitors and also to complement its services projects established in all the roads leading to the holy city of Karbala.
