In the word of Sayed. Ahmed Al-Safi the Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine during the opening ceremony of Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital held on Tuesday 22nd Dhu Al-Hijjah 1436 AH corresponding to the 6th October 2015, he stated: "The Iraqis have created civilizations that benefited to the world, and now we should benefit to us mostly. We are working for serving the people f this noble country, who have quenched the thirst of many lands with their own blood, which is still shed on the battle fronts, yearning from the officials the support and providing them with what can help them to continue, promising them in return that they are courageous and only fear Allah, from the young to the elderly, reflecting images of Karbala..."
Adding: "We have the honor to be one of the servants of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and all of you present here today are guests of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and there is no doubt that the guest has a better status than the servant, so we ask you when you will visit the source of generosity in the finest schools, the one the Master of martyrs (peace be upon him) and the hero supporter of his brother Al-Hussayn; Al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them), to not forget us in your prayers."
Stressing: "This place embracing today's ceremony, was a land like other lands that wasn't constructed, and the brothers in this blessed team who are honored to belong to the servants of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) planified, designed and executed with enthusiasm, in addition to the efforts of the unknown brothers but the Almighty knows them, we offer them our sincere prayers and thanks for what their creative efforts to make out of this edifice a turning point in the service of our patients and family in Iraq."
Sayed. Al-Safi continued: "We take the opportunity of your blessed presence, to tell shortly that this country has many potentials that can solve lot of problems, in condition to not let it be exploited by non-objective channels, because if the objective institutions take advantage of them, they can quickly participate in the progress of this country. And I take advantage of the presence of the Prime Minister to tell him that this country is full of potentials and you are responsible of their good exploitation, and it has lot of competencies that need care attention to give, and the country needs its competences, especially those who emigrated and the country is this period is asking them: Is it not time yet for you to come back to build your country? But in counterpart we have to provide them with the full support."
So, we must support all the projects within the reform revolution, to put things in their positions, to fix the scales and to walk together to the reform until we achieve what the country wants.
And we ask the attendees after visiting the hopital and asking their questions, to write down the answers, because the reforms need quick and peaceful decisions after the study, scrutiny and the interest given to the good and efficient elements.
