The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine opens AlKafeel Specialist Hospital..

In the midst of joys of the lovers and followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Eid Al-Ghadeer, the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine opened one of its largest service projects, the project of Alkafeel Specialist Hospital. The opening ceremony which was held in its central courtyard, was attended by scientific, academic and religious figures from inside and outside Iraq and representatives of the holy shrines in Iraq in addition to the Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haydar Al-'Abadi, the heaid of the Shiite Endowment Sayed 'Alae Al-Musawi and representatives of the central and local government in its legislative and executive sides.
The opening ceremony began with recitation of verses of Holy Quran by the international reader Sayed. Hassanein Al-Helo, followed by the word of Sayed. Ahmed Al-Safi, the Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine. (for the detailed word please click here)
Then came the word of the Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haydar Al-'Abadi. (for the detailed word please click here)
Followed by the word of the head of the Shiite Endowment; Sayed. 'Alae Al-Musawi in which he stated: "It is not necessary that the country is in prosperity and happiness to open such project, even if the country passes through crisis, it can open such projects when there is a real will, desire and the art of money management, which has become an important question in this period in which goals and objects meet the lack of resources..."
Then, Sayed Saleh Al-Haydari, the former head of Shiite Endowment delivered his word in which he stated: "The reason of the success of large-scale projects in two holy shrines and the rest of shrines, is that they were not established under the laws set up by the criminal Saddam or Bremer, as it was progressing away from laws that obstructed and impede projects, and also it is managed away from those who neither care nor understand the meaning of the control and inspection."
Then, the attendees listened to a beautiful poem about this hopital that has one of the names of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him), presented by Sayed. Adnan Al-Musawi, member of the board of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
Followed by the word of the engineer Dea' Majeed Al-Sa'igh, the head of the engineering projects department at the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine -the direct supervisor body on the implementation of the project- in which he explained: "Every act small or big is rewarded by the Almighty until the Day of Resurrection. And today we are celebrating the opening of this hospital, which is one of the best future hospitals in the Middle East, as signed at the sixth edition of the Middle East exhibition and conference for the construction of hospitals held in the UAE, where Alkafeel Hospital was awarded by a certificate of the top five hospitals in the Middle East. And this hospital will be -God willing- supporting the health sector in Iraq, providing excellent health services for patients without the fatigue and cost of travel because it is providing most of the surgical specialities, very modern medical devices and specialized medical staff."
Followed by the word of the company executing the project, Al-Baldawi Group General Trading and Contracting, delivered by Engineer Dhafer Al-Baldawi, in which he stated: "We offer this great achievement as a gift to the Master of the Matter and the Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), and in sign of loyalty to the Masters of loyalty and sacrifice Imam Al-Hussayn and his brother Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) so this outstanding and integrated medical edifice is the first step towards providing medical services that compete their counterparts in the developed countries, as since the first moment of the construction of this hospital, our will and determination were strong to bring the best global companies specialized in this field, and it has been taken into account of the designs creation the high durability of the structure to be resistant to earthquakes and shocks to permit the hospital to provide its services in the most difficult circumstances, in addition to taking into account the numbers of the millions of visitors who flock to Karbala for the Ziyarat."
Then, came the word of the Iraqi doctors expatriates delivered on their behalf Dr. Saheb Al-Dhaher, in which he called the Iraqi government to take advantage of the Iraqi immigrants qualified in all sciences and specialities including the medical field, from which Iraq suffer a severe shortage and a continuous lack, making out of the Alkafeel Specialist Hospital of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine a starting point for this step.
After that, gifts and appreciation awards were distributed to the designing and executing companies and to the engineers overseeing the project. The attendees headed finally to cut the ribbon for the opening of the hospital by Sayed. Ahmed Al-Safi; the Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and then conducting a tour in the hospital listening to a brief explanation about the equipments and devices it contains.
