And this is the outcome of the Iraqi engineering and administrative effort that lasted for two years of planning, perseverance and hard work by the technical and engineering staff of the holy shrine.
Iraqis are then having the privilege of designing and implementing this project, to complete what their predecessors have started when they have established the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) in the year 767 AH in the era of the Mongol Jalairid sultanate.
