The National Qur'anic Teams Contest continues its activities remotely and reaches its second stage.

The rounds of the first phase of the sixth national Quranic competition held by the Holy Quran Institute ended with the qualification of the first eight teams, which got the highest marks out of (21) participating teams representing most of the provinces of Iraq.
The teams that qualified for the second stage of the competition are teams of: (Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, Maysan, Al-Mobsireen, Babel, Al-Muthanna, Baghdad / A, Karbala Team, and Baghdad / B).
As for the competition in its second stage, it will be in the individual projection system. In every episode of the program, two teams compete, and the team with the highest scores qualifies for the third stage.
It is noteworthy that the National Quran Teams Contest held by the Holy Quran Institute of the Department of Islamic and Humanitarian Affairs in the month of Ramadhan each year, is held for the sixth time in a row with the participation of (21) teams from different governorates of Iraq, and this time the competition was via phone call, in order to adhere to health directives to prevent coronavirus.
