The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announces the non-conduct of the Eid prayer.

The General Secretariat of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine declared that the Eid prayer will not be held due to the health conditions in Iraq.
Deputy Secretary General of the Holy Shrine Engineer Abbas Musa Ahmed confirmed, saying: "Given the preventive instructions issued by the Health Department of Karbala, and in compliance with these instructions since they were issued by the competent authorities, it was decided not to hold the Eid prayer for this year 1441 AH."
Noting: "This decision came in view of the current health condition and in the care of what the Health Department of Karbala called for refraining from holding large gatherings these days."
It is noteworthy that the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and of al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) issued on (15 Rajab 1441 AH) corresponding to (March 11, 2020) a statement regarding the suspension of the establishment of congregational prayer, in view of the preventive instructions issued by the Health Department of Karbala and in order to preserve the safety of our honorable visitors.
