The women's library of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs in the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is considered to be one of the libraries that has maintained and continued to communicate despite the health and epidemiological condition of the Corona virus and its repercussions. Thus it kept its doors open electronically to ensure supporting the students, researchers and academics with the books they need, in order to sustain the march of the scientific and research movement in addition to its willingness to hold workshops and seminars related to this aspect.
This was confirmed to the al-Kafeel Network by the official of the library, Mrs. Asmaa Al-Abadi, who added: "The library has developed a special program that fits with these conditions, which is centered around supporting e-learning remotely and contributing to the non-stopping of its part, and to serve the requirements of researchers and students in this circumstance. Therefore we have worked to employ the technological side for this purpose and launched special communication platforms in this regard. "
She continued: "These endeavors come from the directions towards the necessary goals and visions that are concerned with female researchers and creating a distinct research environment, encouraging them to communicate, participate and complete the research demands of each student."
Noting: "The purpose of the services that the library provides to female students and researchers through electronic outlets, is to support the educational process and challenge the current conditions, in addition to caring for the educational staff, and the step will be titled (educational workshops), and communication will be through:
