A women celebration for the birth anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her).

The Hussayni Oratory Division of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a women celebration in the shrine of Abi al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) - the basement of Imam Musa al-Kadhem, may God’s peace be upon him-, to celebrate the auspicious birth anniversary of the mother of her father; the Lady of the Worlds' women; Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).

The celebration was also held to honor the winners of the Fatimi competition, which the division launched a short time ago.

The Division’s assistant, Mrs. Taghreed Al-Tamimi, explained to the Al-Kafeel Network, saying: “This celebration is held annually and is part of the activities of the division for the revival and remembrance of the birthdays of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). The celebration was held following the precautionary health measures with the attendance of a number of visitors and servants of the shrine of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him)."

She added: “The celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and a word we were honored to deliver, in which we talked about the stature of this great lady with God, may He be glorified and exalted, and with His Messenger and the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and we highlighted glimpses of her biography and some of her qualities that she was singled out by the Almighty. Who preferred her on other women and made her a role model not only for women, but also for all groups, for she is an integrated school and a model to be emulated in all times and ages. We urged the sisters to adhere to and follow her by making her a light for them."

And she explained: "The event also witnessed a theatrical performance by the Al-Baraem Al-Hussayniyya Ensemble for chanting, which included a special song and the reading of poetic verses about Lady. Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her)"

Mrs. Al-Tamimi continued: “This celebration was concluded by honoring the winners in the Fatimi competition that the division launched earlier, to highlight an aspect of her sermon that she addressed to a group of immigrants and Ansar women who came to visit her. They asked her, ‘How are you doing, daughter of the messenger of Allah?’

She said, ‘By Allah, I have been resenting your world, and detesting your men. I have cast them away after testing them and hated them after examining them. Thus, away with the men of playing after seriousness, striking the soft rocks, slackening the spears, the foolishness of judgments, and deviation of fancies!
