Dar Rasool A’dham (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his Holy Family) announced the postponement of its international scientific conference.

Dar Rasool A'dham [The Great Prophet] (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy family) at the al-Ameed International Center for Research and Studies, affiliated to the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department at the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, announced postponing the date of its second international scientific conference on the biography of the Great Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy family), which will be held under the slogan: {a messenger from Allah, reciting scrolls of ˹utmost˺ purity} (98:2) under the title: (The Biography of the Prophet in the Light of the Noble Qur’an and the authentic narrations), to the period (15-16) Rabi Awal 1443 AH corresponding to (21-22) October 2021, due to the current circumstance caused by the emerging corona virus.

The themes of the conference will be as follows:

The first axis: the noble Prophet’s biography before the mission in light of the Noble Qur’an and the authentic narrations.

  • Fathers of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family)
  • Preaching the prophethood of Mohammad (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Childhood of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Breastfeeding the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Custodianship of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • His attributes and morals (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Marriage of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • The incidents that the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) went through between dignities and vanities.
  • The illiteracy of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • The infallibility of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).

The second axis: the noble Prophet’s biography after the mission in light of the Noble Qur’an and the authentic narrations.

  • The Prophetic Mission.
  • Revelation.
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) and the Meccan community.
  • Dialogue of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Prophet's migration.
  • The achievements of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) (building the mosque, brotherhood, and the document).
  • Legislation of statutes [Fara'edh] and rulings.
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) and his household (peace be upon them).
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) and his wives.
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) and his companions.
  • The Wilaya and the Imamate.
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) and the poets.

The third axis: the conquests and military units of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) in the light of the Holy Qur’an and the authentic narrations.

  • Conquests ... causes and consequences.
  • The concept of jihad and state security.
  • The commandments of the Messenger (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) for his envoys.
  • Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and the conquests of the Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family).
  • Spoils, captives and Jizyah.
  • Military plans.
  • The Prophet (Allah’s prayers be upon him and upon his holy Family) consulting his companions.



As for the conditions for participation, they are as follows:

1- Commitment to the centrality of the general goal of the conference, which is to make the research base from the Qur’anic text and the authentic narrations.

2- The conference accepts papers written in both Arabic and English.

3- The research should not be extracted or published.

4- The researcher should follow the conditions of scientific research, and take into account the scientific foundations in writing the research and documenting the sources.

5- Research is subject to the Scientific Arbitration Committee as well as the placement program, and the committee is not obligated to return the research to its owners in case it is rejected.

6- The research shall be submitted in print on (A4) paper in a font of (16) size and on a (cd), provided that it does not exceed (30) pages.

7- The research should be within the aforementioned axes, and the researcher must specify the axis in which he wrote.

8- The research abstract is sent in both Arabic and English, and the researcher's name, surname, address, mobile number and e-mail are mentioned, provided that the number of the abstract's words does not exceed (500) words.

9- Receipt of abstracts begins on December 1, 2020.

10- The deadline for receiving research is August 1, 2021.

12- The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is responsible for accommodation, transportation and hospitality for arrivals from outside Iraq, and accommodation and hospitality for researchers from inside Iraq (the conference is held in presence or online, according to the health situation at the time).

13- Accepted papers shall be published in an issue related to the conference.
