The relationship between the host restaurant of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and the Hussayni service processions is rooted since a long time, and year after year this relationship, which is united by the service of the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), is growing stronger.
The head of the department, Engineer Adel Al-Hamami, told Al-Kafeel Network, "The relationship between the host restaurant of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine and the Hussayni service processions is rooted for a long time, and this relationship has many aspects, including providing support and backing them during the Ziyarat seasons, foremost of which is the Ziyarat of the tenth of Muharram, which is the specified for the people of the Karbala and their processions."
"The host provided various types of support for these processions, such as foodstuffs and water, in addition to other materials they need, and it also takes care of serving the visitors on the tenth of Muharram, because the procession owners are busy with their mourning activities," Al-Hamami explained.
And he concluded, "Therefore, the host restaurant of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is considered part of this service system for this holy city, which has the honor of serving the visitors of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them)."
