The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine reviews the most important activities of its departments and activities

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized an event to get acquainted with the most important activities and events of its departments, by hosting the heads of departments and their review of those activities and events, through visual presentation reports on the Imam Hassan (peace be upon him) hall for conferences and seminars in the Holy Shrine.
The event witnessed the presence of the Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, Engineer Mohamad al-Ashigar, his deputy, members of the shrine's management board and heads of its departments. It aims to closely see what these departments and their working staff are doing, according to the specialization and field of work of each department, and according to a timetable that will include reviewing one department each day, to include all departments of the Holy Shrine at the end.
The head of the concerned department reviews and introduces all the activities of his department and its activities, in addition to the work entrusted to the divisions and centers affiliated to it, and what he has provided during this time period and the obstacles that may hinder and delay the work, in a way that makes the recipient more familiar with the details of these works.
After the presentation, the discussions started between the Secretary-General of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the heads of the rest of the departments.

It is noteworthy that this activity came based on the directives of the Senior Official of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, and it aims to advance the work entrusted to each department and to overcome all obstacles, if any, in addition to listening to the suggestions and opinions of department heads and their future plans to advance their work, and drawing a clearly defined strategy for the senior management at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
