The Department of Engineering Maintenance and Construction begins to rehabilitate one of the roads in Karbala Governorate

The staff of the Engineering Maintenance and Construction Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has begun to rehabilitate one of the service streets in the Karbala governorate, in order to contribute to alleviating the burdens of the residents of the area in which it is located, and to help the government effort to present it in the most beautiful way.
The rehabilitation work came after an appeal to the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine, by the residents of the "Ahmad al-Waeli area", to which it responded immediately, so that the staff of the aforementioned department proceeded to conduct a site inspection of the street and determine its needs, then carry out the works that included stabilizing the levels and straightening of the aforementioned street, removing the existing rubble and preparing the street for work after removing the obstacles, for an estimated distance of (750 meters) in length and (7 meters).
After that, the street was buried with 3750 meters and a height of 15 centimeters of gravel, with appropriate preparation and good curbs accompanied by spraying with water, to prepare for the other work that will follow.
The rehabilitation work also included the installation of modern and advanced lighting by the Electricity Division in the same department, and that the works are nearing completion and the coming days will witness its appearance in a new look.
It is noteworthy that the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has devoted an area of ​​its projects to implement many service projects and initiatives in and outside Karbala, and in various sectors and institutions.
