In pictures: visitors of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them)

The holy city of Karbala welcomed this Thursday afternoon hundreds of thousands of visitors, coming from different provinces of the country to perform the Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), at their holy shrines on the third Friday eve of the holy month of Ramadhan.

The crowds of visitors began to increase slowly until it reached its peak before the Maghreb and Isha' prayers and beyond until the dawn of the next day, and the courtyard and the sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and its surroundings were full of visitors, amid high security and service measures exerted by the servants of the holy shrine, who exerted all their efforts to make this blessed Ziyarat a success and perform it with ease.
