Ziyarat by proxy of Arafah and Eid days was performed for more than 103,000 visitors

The Information Technology and Networks Division of the Media Department of the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine announced that Ziyarat by proxy of Arafah and Eid days has been performed for (103,732) visitors from inside and outside Iraq, through its page on the al-Kafeel Global Network; the official website of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The Division’s official, Mr. Haider Talib Abdul-Amir, stated that: “Requests for the Ziyarat by proxy was received through the network’s (Arabic – English – Persian – Turkish – Urdu – French – Swahili – German) websites, which witnessed a great turnout. The honorable brothers, the Sayed servants at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, performed this blessed Ziyarat, which was performed at the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) on the night of Arafah and on the day of Eid, in addition to praying two Rak'ahs at the two holy shrines, as well as performing the recommended acts of the day of Arafah from specific supplication and others.”

“The Ziyarat of Arafah and Eid is one of the important Ziyarat and has a special program, starting since the night of Arafah up to the first day of Eid al-Adha," he said.
