Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad announces the details of the transfer and escort of the shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) to Syria

The Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad announced the details of the transfer and escort of the shrine's grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) on Wednesday, from the holy city of Karbala to Syria.

The commander of the Al-Abbas's (p) Fighting Squad; Sheikh Maitham al-Zaidi, said at a press conference that "the squad, under the guidance of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, will accompany the transfer of the grid of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) to her holy shrine in Syria, where the process of replacing the old grid and starting the installation of the new grid for the holy shrine".

He added that "the supporting authorities in this duty were represented by the National Security Service, which ensured the diplomatic coordination process with the Syrian side, as well as the Ministry of Defense represented by the chief of staff, the Air Force Command and the Joint Operations Command, in addition to the personal secretary of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, as well as the Ministry of culture represented by the director of the House of books and documents to document this achievement in its various stages, in addition to the ministries of foreign affairs and finance, as well as the National Intelligence Service."
He pointed out that "the process of transferring the grid of the holy shrine of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) will be carried out through the Air Force effort with the escort of warplanes (F16), pointing to the completion of all security and logistical approvals and procedures between the Iraqi and Syrian sides".

He explained, "We will receive the holy grid by the technical authorities of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine, represented by the staff of the Department of Manufacturing the shrines' grids and doors, where the transfer process will take place at two stations, the first from the headquarters of the department and then to Najaf airport, and then the shipment will be transferred to the Air Force aircraft."

He added that "the second station of the transfer process begins with the transfer of the holy grid to Syria accompanied by the Al-Abbas's (P) Fighting Squad, who will hand it over to the technical staff of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, for the purpose of starting the process of dismantling the old grid and installing the new one."
