The delegation of the general secretariat of the shrine of Our Lady Ruqayya (peace be upon her) visits the projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine

A delegation from the general secretariat of the shrine of Lady Ruqayya daughter of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon them) in Syria, was briefed on the projects of the holy shrine during its visit to the city of Karbala and its holy shrines.

The official of the delegation unit of the Public Relations Department at the holy shrine; Mr. Rasoul al-Ta'i, said that "the delegation headed by the Special Secretary of the shrine of Lady Ruqayya daughter of al-Hussayn (peace be upon them) was briefed on some of the projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, including the Al-Ameed Educational Group and Al-Saqi Farm for Palm Plantation."

The aim of the visit was "to exchange experiences and transfer the experience of the staff at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to the Departments of the holy shrines in the Levant, stressing that "the holy shrine has now become an example of administrative and service transformation after the fall of the dictatorial regime as it provided a life model for society through its projects," indicating that "hosting delegations from different orientations and countries comes to introduce the programs of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, its work and its projects."

For his part, the secretary general of the shrine of Our Lady Ruqayya (peace be upon her); Sayed Ahmad al-Ashqar, said that "the Saqi project turned a large area of the desert into a green oasis by working beyond international standards in agriculture, so few experiments were able to turn barren areas into productive lands".

Regarding his visit to the Al-Ameed Educational Group of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, al-Ashqar stressed that it was "remarkable project and a great effort was made to serve people and we hope to see the fruits of this educational project, as they are the future leaders in Iraq".
