Al-Kafeel University opens the Faculty of Human Medicine with modern specifications

Al-Kafeel University, affiliated to the Department of Education and Higher Education at the al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, opened the Faculty of Human Medicine after receiving official approvals from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Dr. Na'eem al-'Aboudi, the governors of Najaf and Karbala, government and academic delegations.

Through the Faculty, Al-Kafeel University seeks to contribute to the advancement of the educational and health reality in Iraq by providing an academic structure with scientific specifications that meet the requirements of the scientific arena.

The delegations who attended the opening ceremony were briefed during a tour of the corridors of the Faculty on the infrastructure and advanced technologies, in addition to the scientific means and modern laboratories adopted by Al-Kafeel University.

The area of the Faculty is two thousand two hundred and fifty square meters, it consists of six floors with a total area of thirteen thousand five hundred square meters.

The Faculty will include a private hospital for the purpose of Applied training, as well as attracting the best teaching staff to achieve medical educational goals, in graduating distinguished doctors in their specialty.
