On the birth anniversary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), the servants of his shrine perform the Ziyarat ceremonies

The servants of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine performed the ceremonies of devotional practice, in the Holy Courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

These rituals, which coincided with the birth anniversary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), began by performing his Ziyarat ceremonies while they were lined up in front of his holy sanctuary chanting the hymn of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine (the Melody of Pride).

The deputy secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; engineer Abbas Musa Ahmed, said that "the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine is witnessing today the performance of an annual devotional practice, which it used to hold on this day, which is the birth anniversary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), as well as the establishment of various festive activities by the month of Sha'ban, and the commemoration of the birth anniversaries of the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)".

For his part, member of the board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine; Dr. Abbas Rashid al-Mousawi, added that "the employees of the holy shrine take the Fourth of the blessed month of Sha'ban every year, a season to renew their covenant of service to Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), this service that God honored them by performing it, as they were chosen to be servants of the people of the Prophet's House (may Allah's prayers be upon them all)".

The devotional practice witnessed a festive pause of the servants of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), during which they delivered poems and songs expressing the joy of the followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), commemorating their auspicious birth anniversaries in the blessed month of Sha'ban, with the participation of a large number of visitors arriving at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.".
