In Syria.. The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (P) Shrine sponsors the treatment and conduct of a number of surgeries for earthquake victims

The relief delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine in Syria, in cooperation with the Al-Hikma Hospital in Latakia city, ensured the treatment and conduct of a number of surgeries for the earthquake victims there.

The delegation sent field teams to a number of areas of the Syrian city of Latakia to diagnose the cases of patients injured as a result of the earthquake that hit the city, to begin providing treatment and surgeries for the injured according to the type of each case, as well as providing initial treatment for each case.

The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine in Syria provided 3 tons of medicines and medical supplies to the Latakia city health directorate, to distribute them to hospitals in the province, in order to support the efforts of hospitals in providing services and health care to citizens and families affected by the earthquake that destroyed many areas in Syria.

This initiative is part of the ongoing relief efforts provided by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine to the earthquake victims in Syria, in response to the appeal of the supreme religious authority in Najaf, and the directives of the Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi.
