Al-Afaf shopping Center holds a ceremony to honor the children who won the imam al-Hassan competition (peace be upon him)

The AL-Afaf Shopping Center of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine held a ceremony to honor the children who won the imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) competition.

The director of the Center; Mr. Mohammed said, " the Center held a ceremony to honor the children participating in the imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) competition, who bear the name of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) from the age of one day to seven years, in the presence of a number of Karbala families."

He added,"the competition included prizes represented by a purchase voucher worth (100, 50 and 25) thousand Iraqi dinars, as the total prizes in the competition reach 40 prizes that will be a gift from the Center, and sponsored by Noor Al-Kafeel Company affiliated to the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, as well as the contribution of some investors in the city of Karbala."

"The competition aims to draw joy on the faces of children in general, and those who bear the name of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him) in particular,"said Mr. Said.

The honoring ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, delivered by the reader of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Muhammad al-Tamimi, followed by the presentation of a blessed chant with the mention of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him), and then the establishment of a lottery, through which the names of the winning children were announced and then received their prizes".
