The Maintenance Department is replacing the lighting of the Holy Courtyard with high quality lamps

The Engineering Maintenance and Construction Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has started replacing the special lighting in the Holy Courtyard with lamps of high quality and efficiency.

The official of the Electricity Division of the Department; engineer Hassan Mohammed, said that "the lighting that was installed in the Holy Courtyard and the expansion is characterized by its high efficiency and intensity, because it is from discreet facilities and suitable for the place where it is placed".

He added that"the lighting consists of two types, the first is a spot light that is connected in places of expansion, and the second is LED lamps that are connected inside the Holy Courtyard".

"2000 lamps with white lighting, 400 green lamps, 400 red lamps and 1000 solar lamps were purchased to complete the current lighting works, and these lamps are distinguished by their high quality and efficiency,"he said.

Periodic maintenance of this lighting is carried out every 4 to 6 months, which ensures the preservation of its efficiency and life, and these continuous efforts to update and develop the lighting reflect the keenness of the holy shrine to provide the best services and facilities for visitors, according to the "Division official".
