The delegation of the Quality Assurance Agency reviews the Al-Ameed and Al-Kafeel universities and commends them

The delegation of the Quality Assurance Agency - United Kingdom (QAA) reviewed the Al-Kafeel and Al-Ameed universities to discuss the possibility of applying international quality systems in them.

The head of the Higher Education Authority at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; Dr. Abbas Rasheed al-Mousawi, said that "the delegation's visit comes to discuss three files, the first of which relates to the application of comprehensive quality systems and bringing the systems to the stage of quality, which suits the vision and goals of the Holy Shrine".

He added that"the second stage is to reach accreditation, where students graduate from these universities to be received by international universities, and the third stage is the twinning stage with well-established international universities".

In the same context, the president of Al-Kafeel University, Dr. Nawras Shahid Al-Dahan, said that "the delegation presented a brief plan on the quality system adopted at the British universities(QAA), and discussed the possibility of a consensus between Al-Kafeel University and this institution to improve the quality of the educational and training sector, and push the wheel of improvement and excellence at the University".

For his part, the representative of the QAA delegation, Mr. Kevin McCook, expressed his admiration for the study environment provided by the two universities, and the infrastructure that qualifies them to obtain a quality certificate in the United Kingdom,"he said.
