Karbala funeral processions commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him)

The processions of the people of Karbala have flocked since the early morning hours to offer condolences to the Master of martyrs and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them), on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him).

This condolence procession is an annual tradition used to be held by the people of the holy city of Karbala, in cooperation with the two holy shrines, to commemorate the occasions of Ahl Al-Bayt(peace be upon them).

Mullah Salam al-Ibrahimi said that" the youth organization of Umm Al-Baneen(peace be upon them), and the condolence processions walked to offer condolences on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam as-Sadeq (peace be upon him), "indicating that"the processions continue to offer condolences on all occasions of the martyrdom of Ahl al-Bayt (prayers of Allah and peace be upon them)".

For his part, one of the officials of the processions, Mr. Abdul Zahra al-Dabbagh, said,"the condolence processions of the people of Karbala for this day included a Zinjeel March that started from the gate of Baghdad to the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon them) to offer condolences on this sad anniversary.
