Sayed al-Safi stresses the importance of strengthening the relationship between the people of the country and documenting the values of attachment to the homeland

The Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, stressed the importance of strengthening the relationship between the people of the country and documenting the values of connection with the homeland.

His Eminence made this statement during the reception of a delegation comprising an elite of the youth of the Iraqi community in Europe, at Al-Kafeel University in Najaf.

The delegation's visit to the university was organized by the Iraqi Center for the Documentation of Extremist Crimes, affiliated with the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine.

Sayed al-Safi welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the importance of this visit in strengthening the relationship between the people of the country and strengthening the values of attachment to the homeland, and reflecting a bright picture of Iraq in the countries where they live.

His Eminence stressed the need to change the image of murder and vandalism that has been transmitted from the country, because of the voices of extremism, calling for the dissemination of moderate discourse and the values of tolerance with others.

For its part, the delegation expressed its admiration for the projects of the Shrine, which contributed to the development and progress of the country, and considered it an object of pride among the Iraqi community in Europe, the delegation also thanked for the warm welcome, asking to continue caring for the Iraqi and Muslim community in the diaspora countries.
