Replacing the flag of the dome of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) with the end of the season of sorrow

The flag of the dome of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) was changed from black to red, coinciding with the beginning of the month of Rabi' al-Awwal 1445 AH.

The replacement of the flag was carried out by the secretary general of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Murtadha Aal Dea'-Uddin.

The staffs of the Holy Shrine raised flags and black banners from the minarets, the corridors of the Holy Courtyard, the Holy Shrine, and the outer fence.

The flag was replaced in conjunction with the announcement by the Office of His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, that tomorrow Sunday is the first day of the month of Rabi' al-Awwal 1445 AH.
