The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a religious and cultural competition for its visitors within its pavilion participating in the Baghdad International Book Fair in its twenty-fourth edition.
The official of the holy shrine Pavilion at the exhibition; Sayed Mohammad al-A'raji, said that"the competition is conducted by drawing questions from participants at random and answering them, as the competition questions revolved around religious, intellectual and cultural topics, and the winner with the correct answers receives a set of publications of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and various magazines, including those related to its multiple projects."
He added that" the competition was held on the first day of the opening of the exhibition, and will last for ten days, "pointing out that"it aims to increase religious, cultural and intellectual awareness among the community, as well as to raise the spirit of knowledge competition and encourage reading, research and access to the science and heritage of Ahl al-Bayt school (peace be upon them)".
