The Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine holds a condolence Council in commemoration of the martyrdom of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her)

The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a condolence Council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Our Lady of the women of the worlds, Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), according to the first narration in the courtyard of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The council was supervised by the Public Speaking Division of the Husayni preaching at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.

The council began with a beautiful recitation of the verses of the Holy Quran, after which the al-Husseini preacher Sheikh Ammar al-Baghdadi ascended the pulpit, amid the presence of a crowd of visitors to the holy shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The speaker of the Council, Sheikh Ammar al-Baghdadi, said that " the council addressed the virtues of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her), the ideals that she embodied and the values that she applied in her life, whether at the social or religious level, especially at this time we are in dire need of those great moral ideals and values of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her)".

He added,"We also touched upon the biography of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her oppression after the martyrdom of her father, and she bears a great burden to defend the banner of prophecy and the Imamate, so she was the defender of her father in his call and her husband in his imamate (may Allah's prayers be upon them)".

The mourning Council concluded with poems and lamentations that highlight the incident and the great tragedy, which represent great sorrow and pain in the hearts of believers.
