The delegation of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine, represented by the Center for African Studies, continues its visits to religious and scientific institutions and centers in the state of Tanzania, in order to discuss ways of joint cooperation.
The director of the center, Sheikh Saad Sattar al-Shammari, said that"the official delegation of the center in Tanzania continues to visit religious and scientific institutions and centers to discuss ways of joint cooperation and the implementation of humanitarian and religious programs on the continent".
He added that " the delegation of the center, represented by Mr. Muslim al-Jabri, met with the official of the al-Etra Foundation; Mr. Mahbub Jafar in the city of Kisutu in the former capital Dar es Salaam, and during the meeting discussed the foundation's programs in Tanzania and the most important efforts exerted in spreading the program of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the community, in addition to holding courses and providing lectures and lessons in the Holy Quran, doctrine and jurisprudence."
"The delegation provided an extensive explanation of the center's programs on the African continent, at the religious, humanitarian and cultural levels, and their efforts to build bridges of communication with scientific, academic and charitable institutions,"al-Shammari continued.
For his part, the official of the al-Etra Foundation, Mr. Mahbub Jafar, praised the efforts exerted by the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the Center for African studies on the African continent, and the care of African communities in Iraq, stressing his keenness to cooperate and communicate with the center's management to spread and communicate the features of authentic Mohammadian Islam.
