The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine holds a celebration on the birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her) with the participation of Karbala families

The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held the annual celebration on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), with the participation of the Karbala families.

The ceremony was held at the Al-Kafeel Nurseries Group at the holy shrine, in cooperation with the Department of Hussayni Rituals, Processions and Bodies in Iraq and the Islamic world, affiliated with the holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon them).

Sayed Mohammed Kadhem Abadah from the Department of Rituals, said that"the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized many celebrations on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady Zaynab (peace be upon her), through which she highlighted this auspicious occasion and various stations from the life of her anniversary (peace be upon her)".

He added that"the celebration included many events, including the recitation of a set of poems in the right of Lady Zaynab al-Kubra (peace be upon her)".

"The celebration held at the arboretum was dedicated to the Karbala families and distinguished visitors, and included the distribution of gifts and roses,"said the assistant Group official engineer Diab Ahmed Sharifi.

He added that"during the ceremony, the personality of Aqeela Zaynab (peace be upon her), her blessed biography and her noble sacrifices were introduced".
