Khair Al-Joud company for modern industrial and agricultural technology at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine confirmed that the fertilizers used at the agricultural research and Experiment Station comply with international standards.
Engineer Falah al-Fatli from the company said that "the fertilizers used at the agricultural research and experiments station are in accordance with international standards and are environmentally friendly, as they do not leave any side effects that harm the crops, as well as the use of metered quantities as much as the grower needs of water and fertilizer".
He added that"the company aims to apply fertilizer programs for different types of agricultural crops, being specialized in the manufacture of fertilizers and biocides, as well as having the guidance aspect of applying all modern agricultural techniques, without complications in technology".
"The station uses local means and equipment that enable farms to adopt advanced technologies, invest land with soils that are not suitable for agriculture, as well as the possibility of growing large quantities with less land than is used in the normal farming system, and without high financial costs,"he added.
