The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and the Ministry of Interior discussed ways of joint cooperation in the field of enhancing community cohesion through the provision of educational workshops and seminars.
This came during the reception of the director of the Community Police Department at the ministry, Brigadier General Nibras Muhammad Ali and his accompanying delegation, by the adviser to the secretary general of the A; Sayed Fa'ez al-Shahristani, and the head of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department; Sayed Aqeel al-Yasiri.
Muhammad Ali said that "our visit today to the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine came to coordinate and unify efforts on providing workshops and seminars on community reform and cohesion through the right intellectual guidance, assistance in sheltering homeless women or the like".
"The real message of the community police and the Two Holy Shrines is community reform and adherence to religious and Community Customs and traditions to reach the supreme goal of building a healthy society,"he added.
"We will have visits in the future to coordinate work with the community police in merging with the Two Holy Shrines regarding the Coordination of work and the provision of intellectual, social and religious services to our community in general,"he added.
