The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine invites researchers to participate in the conference of Imam as-Sajjad (peace be upon him)

The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine invites researchers and interested people from inside and outside Iraq to participate in the conference of Imam as-Sajjad (peace be upon him) within the activities of the second international scientific Imamate week.

The conference is supervised by the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the holy shrine as part of the activities of the second international scientific Imamate week, which bears the slogan (The Prophet and the Imamate are inseparable titles) and the title (the imams' approach -peace be upon them - in the education of the individual and the nation), on (30/6/2024) corresponding to (23rd Dhu al-Hijjah 1445 AH) at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in the Hall of Imam al-Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him).

The topics of the conference will be as follows:

The first axis: the impact of the narrations of Imam as-Sajjad (peace be upon him) on Quranic and interpretation Sciences, the second: religious education (dogmatic and fiqh), the third: psychological, moral and social education, the fourth axis: literary and cultural education, and the fifth: health and physical education.

The conditions for participation are as follows:

1-research written in Arabic and/or English are accepted.
2-the research should be unpublished or accepted for publication, and not participated in a previous scientific conference or event.
3-the researcher should follow the conditions of known scientific research and take into account the scientific foundations in writing research and documenting sources.
4-the research is subject to the scientific jury committee, as well as the electronic scientific induction program.
5-the search is submitted printed on (A4) paper in (Word) format, font type (Simplified Arabic) and font size (16), provided that the number of words is from (3,000) to (10,000).
6-the research should be within the announced axes, and the Distinguished Researcher should specify the axis in which he writes.
7 - the abstract of the research shall be submitted in both Arabic and English, and the abstract shall not exceed (300) words.
8-the deadline for receiving abstracts is (February 1/2024).
9-the deadline for receiving complete research (April 1/2024).
10-a group of researches is elected from among the participating researches to be presented at the conference sessions.
11-the conference provides accommodation and hospitality for one researcher in accepted joint research.
12-accepted research papers are published in a special edition of the Proceedings of each conference within the Imamate week.
