The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine arrives in Pakistan to hold the first women festival

The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine arrived in the Pakistani capital Islamabad to hold the first women festival under the slogan (Lady Fatima is our role model).

The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine was represented in the presence of Dr. Afdhal al-Shami, the director of the Office of its Senior Official, Sheikh Salah al-Karbala'i; the head of the Religious Affairs Department, Sayed Mohammad Gelokhan; the assistant to the head of the public relations department, and a number of officials of the holy shrine.

Upon arrival, a delegation met with the host committee of Al-Kawthar University to discuss the details of the festival, its grounds and the most important preparations necessary for its holding.

The festival will be held for the first time in cooperation with Al-Kawthar university located in the Pakistani capital Islamabad, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) coinciding December 29. 2023 and for three days.

The women festival will include various events, including the opening ceremony, the Takleef age ceremony, the discussion of a number of researches on the biography of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her position, in addition to the establishment of the women cultural exhibition, The Childhood exhibition and other cultural events.
